Welcome to the website of Cornbury House Farm.

The livestock enterprise operates from the stunning and historic surroundings of Cornbury Park in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds where David Howden lives with his family.

Farming Practices

David and Fiona Howden have practiced sustainable farming for the last 20 years and since moving to Cornbury House in 2017, have operated their farm on a regenerative system that promotes stock health, biodiversity and soil restoration.

Passionate about food, its provenance and the welfare of animals and their surrounding environment, the couple started from a small vegetable garden and a few free range chickens and now operate a thriving business producing high quality beef, lamb and pork.

Having created The Pointer Pub, awarded Michelin Pub of the Year for its focus on a sustainable field to plate ethos, the journey continues at Cornbury.

Livestock Sales.

While much of the produce at Cornbury House Farm is sold via existing retail outlets, we do on occasion have surplus stock that can be locally butchered and packed to your specification. Please feel free to speak with us to discuss your requirements.
